Journalism is the protection between people and any sort of totalitarian rule. That’s why my hero, admittedly a flawed one, is a journalist.
Andrew Vachss
I fell in love with journalism my sophomore year of high school, and haven’t stopped since. I love feature writing, copy editing and photojournalism, and I am grateful to have gotten a broad range of journalistic experience throughout college. I believe journalism has taught me skills that I can take into any profession or personal activity, and it has truly shaped how I interact with and view the world.
